1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
1.1 These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (the “Customer”) place an order (the “Product”) via www.dropthepin.co.uk (the “Site”). The agreement is concluded between you and Pindrop (”we”, “us” or “our”). If you order and pay us for a Product on our Site, you accept that these terms govern our supply of Products to you. If you disagree with these terms, please do not purchase a Product from our Site.
1.2 The supplemental policies set out in Section 1.5 below, as we as any supplemental terms and condition or document that may be posted on the Site from time to time, are expressly incorporated by reference.
1.3 We may make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms & Conditions will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site represents that you have accepted such changes.
1.4 We may update or change the Site from time to time to reflect changes to our Products, our users’ needs and/or our business priorities.

2. OUR DESCRIPTIONS
2.1 Whilst many component parts of our Products are standard, all Products available for purchase are described on their specific page on our Site. We always try to represent each Product as accurately as possible.
2.2 We use our best efforts to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the Product.
2.3 In some cases there may be a slight discrepancy between colours displayed on screen and the colours on your print. This is true for any website creating colour printed items. This discrepancy is a result of the differences between how colour is produced on a computer/device screen and how it is produced on a printer.
3. PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
3.1 You will receive a proof within 5 working days to the email in which you provided us with. We allow up to two rounds of your comments on the proof. Once confirmed, the finished Product will be printed and delivered to you within 5 working days.
3.2 Orders are typically delivered by Royal Mail 1st class Signed For, and are therefore subject to the terms and conditions of this third party.
3.3 We do not take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by an incorrect address will be your responsibility, unless the error is ours.
4.1 As our Products are customised and printed to order we are unable to accept requests to cancel an order after it has been accepted.
5. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
5.1 As our Products are customised and printed to order we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges in the same way that a high street shop can.
5.2 We will happily offer a refund or exchange if you find that there is a fault with the print of your Product. Please contact us on receipt of your order.
5.3 We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if there is a mistake (for example a spelling error) on the Product. It is your responsibility to ensure that the design is correct when approving the proof.
5.4 If your item does not arrive due to being lost in the post, or arrives damaged in transit, we will replace your item upon us receiving a photo of the damage with a reprint of your Product at no extra cost to you if we are notified immediately. If any order is not delivered within our delivery estimates it does not constitute grounds for a refund as our dates are estimates only.
6.1 By placing an order through the Site, you are confirming that you are legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that you are either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission to utilise the card to effect payment.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all prices and payments shown on this Site are quoted in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. The Customer is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Site and Products. After receiving your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the details, description, and price for the Products ordered.
6.3 We accept payment via Paypal and Stripe.
6.4 Payment of the total price plus delivery must be made in full before dispatch of your Products.
